Terms of Use

These terms set the conditions for using the iOS app Sanso (酸素足りてる？, “the app”), provided by fab products (“we”). Downloading or using the app means you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The app is a wellness app that shows blood oxygen (SpO2) recorded in Apple Health as a day-by-day timeline and a chart. You can save those readings as a PDF to show at a clinic. It is not a medical device, and it is not for medical diagnosis, treatment, or prevention.

2. What you need

An iPhone with iOS 26.2 or later
An Apple Watch Series 6 or later, or Ultra, that can record blood oxygen. Apple Watch SE (1st and 2nd generation) is not supported
Permission to read HealthKit

3. Subscription

3.1 Plan

You can download the app and use the basic features for free. Extra features, such as looking at past reports, are available with the Basic plan at the price shown in the app and on the App Store.

3.2 Billing and renewal

The subscription is billed through the App Store on your Apple ID.
It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The renewal charge is billed to your Apple ID within 24 hours before the current period ends.

3.3 Cancellation

You can manage or cancel the subscription in iOS Settings, then Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Time already paid for is not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

3.4 Free trial

If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription when the trial ends. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged.

4. What you may not do

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Access the app’s API or servers without permission
Use the app for anything illegal
Anything else we consider inappropriate

5. Disclaimer

We are not liable for any damage that comes from using the app. See the disclaimer for details.

6. Intellectual property

We own the intellectual property in the app. You receive a non-exclusive license to use the app under these terms.

7. Changes

We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will say so in the app or in the App Store update notes. If you keep using the app after a change, you agree to the updated terms.

8. Law and venue

These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court is the exclusive court of first instance for disputes about these terms.
